Jalapeño recall hits Central Texas grocery stores, no confirmed cases in Austin yet

Grocery stores in Central Texas are recalling certain items due to a salmonella outbreak. The outbreak is linked to jalapeños, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
